"This was my first time here, it also happened to be my first date here. Liz behind the bar welcomed us as she took our orders and was very caring. After a while I got to meet Richard Serrano who manages the establishment and handles all the culinary preparations. Amazing selection of food and libations! "I wanted to give this a three-star rating due to the customer service and information center here customer service was absolutely terrible No One helps you navigate the hayrides or even tells you what you're supposed to do to get on it when they come nothing like that also in the restaurant those girls have terrible customer service skills they don't serve you they just leave you waiting there technically I could have taken off and not paid for anything there, but the prices are so unbeatable.
