"This review warrants a rating of 3.5 stars. The experience began positively with quick seating and prompt order-taking. However, things started to decline once our order was placed. As a few more tables filled up, it seemed like the staff struggled to keep up with the demand. After about 20 minutes of waiting for our appetizers, we inquired about them and were informed that they were still in the kitchen, despite there being only 5 or 6 tables occupied, mostly with just two diners each. When the food finally arrived, it was enjoyable, though nothing extraordinary. The portion sizes were on the smaller side, but fair considering the prices."

"WARNING: UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT! SANDWICHES ARE NOT AS PICTURED IN OTHER GREAT REVIEWS, AS THOSE WERE MADE FROM PREVIOUS OWNERS. Ordered a Turkey, Bacon, Cheese, lettuce tomato...$14 for it...and THE WHOLE SANDWICH WAS SMALLER THAN ONE PIECE OF WHITE BREAD in TOTAL! Basically charged me $14 for a bread sandwich. In comparison, if you've ever been to Subway, the meat and cheese was like 1/8 th of a skimp subway sandwich. The guy spent about 3 mins making my sandwich in a microwave, and near 5 mins just scotch-taping the bag closed once it was done. It reminded me of jail food when I got locked up 20 years ago for a week...and even that was better. Such a shame the new owners are operating this way. Diminishing the rep and quality of the previous owners with these trash sandwiches. Everything else in the store has increased in price by at least 75%. A 50 cent bag of chips was around $4 and a bottled drink was almost $6. It cost me $31.00 for a bread sandwich, tiny bag of chips, small drink energy drink. Probably the most I've ever been charged for the least amount of goods in my entire life. To be fair the people are really nice, but I guess that's how people are when they straight scamming you legally. Never intend to go back, and am quite mad because it's such a good location next to the beach, with no other stores for a few miles. DO BETTER."

"I called the restaurant to inquire about what went wrong, and they assured me that they haven't changed management or cooks, claiming that this pizza was made just like any other. They apologized for my dissatisfaction but didn't offer any remedy. This response has led me to decide that I won’t be ordering from them again anytime soon. Why? Because I once had a disappointing experience with a pasta dish at a nearby restaurant, and when I called to address the issue, they promptly offered me a replacement or a credit for my next visit. I had a similar favorable experience at a Chinese restaurant in Brickell, where they provided credit for my next order. Customer satisfaction and retention should not be that complicated."

"We stayed at the hotel next door and this place is conveniently located just across the street. The restaurant is a typical independent pizza store within a strip plaza so don't expect too much for décor or atmosphere, but also don't get discouraged because this place has great service and good food. The pizzas were great and the calzone was delicious and everything was ready in 15 minutes. The pizza is typical for east coast with thin, flakey and somewhat dry crust but quite enjoyable. Overall its an average pizza place but great service and convenience made a very good experience."

Growing up in the Bronx, I must admit this deli superseded my expectations better than my local Bronx, neighborhood deli. The meats, cheese and ingredients are of very high-quality.
