"I'm disappointed to say that this was probably the worst chicken I've ever had. The chicken itself had a terrible texture and was overcooked, while the breading lacked any flavor. As someone from the South, I was looking forward to trying the southern sauce. I had hoped for something more like Alabama white sauce, but instead, it tasted like a mix of sweet ketchup and mayonnaise. The barbecue sauce was inedible and had a terrible flavor. We also ordered wings that were supposed to come with celery and ranch, but they never arrived. One of our drinks was supposed to be diet, but it definitely wasn't. The fries were the only somewhat edible item we received. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, especially since we were really looking forward to trying this place. Save your money and order from KFC, Popeyes, or even Dairy Queen, as their chicken is far better."
