"This is $60! I ordered a pupu for 2, sweet and sour chicken and chicken egg foo yung. 2 were supposed to come with rice. Only got one rice and I don’t know what this big tub of brown liquid is that smells like fish. No idea where the brown gravy is for the egg fu yung. No sweet and sour sauce for the sweet and sour chicken. Me and my 3 kids will each get around 3 or 4 bites I guess! Wow. It is not good enough for the price, at all. Called to explain how the food was inedible and Edna argued with me, had an attitude and incredibly poor customer service skills, if at all. When I went in to return the food and get a refund, she was snarky and said my opinion is my opinion and I told her she needed to work on her customer service skills if she was going to be in that position. She was incredibly rude and I would never recommend this place as the food is awful and the people there are even worse! Terrible experience! Dietary restrictions: This brown juice/sauce tastes awful and I have no idea what it is! Never seen anything like this with what I ordered."

"We've been dining here for years, and unfortunately, tonight we found a piece of metal in our sweet and sour shrimp from a delivery order. I called to let them know about the issue, but the language barrier made it challenging to express my concern. I decided to drive to the restaurant to show them the metal piece. They were understandably concerned, but I didn't receive a refund and was instead given more food, which I didn't need. I was informed that the manager is currently in China. Normally, the food is great, but this incident has left me a bit worried."

"I made a reservation for 15 people at noon through OpenTable.com. I arrived early to ensure everything was ready, but when I got there at 11:50, there was no setup for a large group. They had to move another diner to accommodate us. Once the tables were rearranged, however, the rest of our lunch went smoothly; we even managed to fit in three extra people (totaling 18) and they allowed us to have separate checks. The food was amazing, and I chose this location because of great experiences in the past. I will definitely return!"

"Didn't know what to expect. Rated well so decided to try it since it's close to our hotel. We stopped by the market next door and hmart while we called in our order. Didn't know how portions would be either so we ordered 6 things. We should have ordered 7 for 7 bodies. We got a grilled pork bun vermicelli bowl, stir fry chicken egg noodle, shrimp chow mein crispy noodle, beef lomein, a pho with tripe n briskets, and a flat rice chicken noodle. All around 10$ each. We also got 3 fruit smoothies for the kids. They ran out of boba so we added jellies. They were good but couple of my kids said it was too Sprity. I wonder if they crush fresh fruit like pineapple and it becomes too acidic? But adults liked it lol We picked up the food and it was all there. Opened them up to eat in the hotel and it all smelled and looked so good. We really enjoyed it. Portions were good for 1-2 people. 1 if you are really hungry. They all tasted really good even the pho. And we've had some really good pho back home. This one is more limey and clean tasting. All the noodles were so tasty too. Really enjoyed and highly recommend of you are in the area. Wish they gave more chow mein noodles for the shrimp crispy noodle. It came in a pile fried but when you add the sauce iy shrinks. Very tasty though. But the sauce was really good. Wish we ordered rice to finish the sauce off. Happy find for sure! Good dinner take out!"

"Had the opportunity to try out some food at the Chinatown Night Market seems like the website is outdated on their banner, but the address matches up here. Food was pretty good but prices didn't quite align well in my opinion. I feel like they may have increased the prices here due to popularity (hence the $9 on a piece of paper taped over the original price). These items were mainly appetizer types (skewers, rolls) and $9 for them isn't quite justified. Sure it's a night market and you're one of a few select vendors so people will have to come, but if I'm rating holistically those are my thoughts. However, keeping in mind the vendor setting and that there were definitely expenses included to travel from Renton and set up, I'd like to be easier on rating the value so harshly. By the time we ordered, a lot was already sold out. We opted for the shrimp salad roll and the chicken satay in the end. Shrimp roll was pretty good and surprisingly fresh as well as being spread out evenly so that each bite was consistent. You wouldn't get like one bite of only lettuce for example. Price again was mediocre. Chicken satay (skewers) had some amazing flavor, juicy, tender, and sweet. I was definitely a big fan of the chicken which carries most of this review . They didn't skimp on the portions here either because the skewer stick itself was hard to find and hold because chicken was just piled on. Definitely on my bookmarks when I'm around Renton."

"I’m not an expert on authenticity but I really enjoyed my meal here! loved the coconut curry and our pork salad! The classic and Thai milk boba teas were so good too. The atmosphere is very modern cute to me. The servers took good care of us (attentive but not hovering). Things that would make a bit of improvement to me are to not serve the tea in a big disposable plastic cup (too wasteful), have larger plates for meal sharing, and slightly larger portions. Overall a good place to eat out."

"The only good thing I can say about this place was our waitress was very pleasant. That is why I gave 1 star. So unless you like your Mongolian beef to taste so sweet it taste like you are eating a spoonful of sugar with every bite instead of spicy, your sweet and sour chicken to taste like it was water down by adding a lot of vinegar and water with a little sweet and sour taste, your garlic chicken wings to taste like someone dumped a cup full of salt on the whole batch of wings and the house special chow mein that came with 2, yes 2 small shrimp. When I asked if any rice came with the meal I was told, due to the situation and the economy at hand, rice does not come with the meal, it would be 2 dollars for each small cup of rice. It should of been a red flag to us when we went in there at 4 p.m. on a Friday and we were the only ones there. So to conclude we spent 70 dollars (that did not come with rice) for a barely edible meal and an owner that obviously is trying to cut corners and the food. We will definitely not be back. Especially when the owner did not care to hear our complaints."

"We had a wonderful lunch for my sons birthday They accommodated five of us no problem. Brought us appetizers veggie spring rolls yum! Nice pot of green tea, to start us off. Our pho was excellent they were able to accommodate vegan guest and non vegan. I bought in my cake because they don't serve dessert. They had no problem and bought it out with plates.. I can't say enough about how great the food and service was. This our go to spot for the best pho!"

"Cute Thai restaurant with some fusion. Food wise we started off with the Tom Yum Soup with chicken, Lao Sausage. I’d have to say the Lao Sausage was full of flavor would recommend to eat with rice.Next we ordered the drunken noodle and the beef laab. Laab is something I feel where everyone can make it to their liking. I felt that the Laab was a little over powered on the mint and it didn’t give much savory sour taste that I’m use to. Overall pretty decent but we felt that adding lime or maybe fish sauce would live it up a bit.Overall good experience certainly seemed more of a take out than dine in scene.Parking: 2 hour street parking throughout."

"Decent Thai for the region. What they call spring rolls are actually fried egg rolls. It was after we ordered that we realized we should have ordered the summer roll.My main dish Pad See Ew was on the dry side: noodles and tofu were VERY dry and chewy. The entire dish lacked flavor and spice. I ordered medium spicy and was warned that their medium is very hot so I changed to mild bad call, should 've stuck with medium because there was no hint of heat/spice.My husband orders spicy by saying, I 've traveled and eaten in southeast Asia, I want that level spicy. Most places smile and know exactly how to prepare his dish. Not this place my husband 's dish didn 't even cause him to sweat or sniffle. I could 've handled the spice in his dish, so it would be what I consider medium.Maybe, we caught them after a long strenuous day and we had the misfortune of getting their below average service and cooking because we walked in just after 8pm. If we 're in Alexandria again we 'll give them another try and hope we have a better experience."

"This makes me so sad to write I was so excited to eat here! The reviews were so great and the menu looked so big and delicious…sadly the food itself- while COOKED well, it lacked so much flavor. I ordered the bowl and there was no seasoning on anything and it seemed as if they relied upon the sauce to be the main flavor of the bowl. But in a bowl like this with so many different things- bases, proteins, toppings etc it’s crucial that the food itself is seasoned well. Especially since they brand themselves as an Asian-fusion spot, some staple flavors need to be used in the meat, and bases at least. I gave it 2 stars overall because the service was great and the guy that took my order was really helpful. I hope they revamp the flavors a little bit because I want to come back."

"The food was decent, but the service definitely fell short. There was no follow-up to see if we were enjoying our meal or if we needed anything else, which was quite surprising for a sit-down restaurant. Additionally, one of the food items for one of the three children was forgotten, and we had to ask for it. Given that we spent over $100 for six of us, I expected a better experience. On a positive note, the venue was nice, clean, and well-decorated, and the food was good. Overall, I'd say this place deserves 3.5 stars, but since I can't do that, I've rounded it up. If they can improve their service, it could easily be a solid 5-star experience."

"We went in around lunch time and there was a dead fly in my drink. Not close to the bottom either lik it was stuck inside the cup. But my husband and I decided to just get a new drink and try the food anyway. The lady that served us was ok but she charged my card $12.23 over what my bills was and I left a cash tip. I don't understand why they did this and it's unacceptable! I don't recommend the seafood combination pho just do to the fact that they used imitation meat and it had a weird texture but after I weeded through that the base and everything else was great."

"that was my Go-to-Pho joint since I moved into the opposite. today I ordered veggie tofu pho with a delivery app. I usually get a little, but the app said the size is not available. So I ordered a medium, that was $17. that felt steep, but I always had a lot of luck with this restaurant and at least I would have a few rest. when my order arrived, the medium was the small size I usually order. I also have three tiny pieces tofu, about 1 square. I thought maybe I missed the rest under the basilikum and the cilantro, but no. the delivery service has refunded me. my hopes are that when I order again (potentially directly from the restaurant), I will receive the quality that pho hau normally produces."
