"Have eaten here several times. Was surprised that with a reservation we were still sitting at a booth looking into the kitchen. We could have asked to be moved, but we didn't want to. The waiter was very enthusiastic, but failed to fill glasses of water without being asked. My husband's lasagna was a huge brick in the middle of an unadorned plate. A little salad or something green and crispy would have been nice. Not an à la carte fan, especially when it comes to the price of the main course alone. The room was very dark and a bit noisy. I would ask not to sit in this area another time."

"Thank you to all for a wonderful evening we had the Sweet Sixteen Party of my great daughters and they have sincerely ensured that we had everything we needed. The room size fits our nearly 200 people easily, the dance floor was a good size and our bearder was on place. They gave us a lot of time to set up and once finished the room looked fantastic. Plenty of food and very friendly staff. Thanks for the perfect night"

"We normally enjoy the food especially the chili. We tried to go there Saturday 9/9/2023 afternoon close to 5pm. My first issue was the lack of signage to the front door alerting customers to at least a 3+ inch step up to inner entry. So yes I could have looked down but I wasn’t expecting to trip I to the store. Just had back surgery and it jolted my back and leg. Of course the staff inside (in which there only appeared to be one person working) was pretty abrupt. The drive thru line was at least ten plus cars and not moving. The guy then mentioned card only which was fine. Then when we try to order he says…well we don’t have chili because no one bothered to make the chili meat today…needless to say that was the final straw. We left without ordering.Just wondered what would happen if I told a patient…oh sorry I can’t start your IV or give you medicine or take you to the bathroom or feed you. I mean what is wrong with people these days??Anyway thank you NOT for the poor customer service. The Lack of sign outside your door to prevent someone from getting injured-consider a ramp maybe? Or better yet just close the store if you can’t manage Wasilla customers!"

"Food was my mission because I was hungry after walking around the downtown Atlanta area all day. I was looking for a restaurant that offered a diverse menu because all I knew was I was hungry, but I did not know what I was hungry for. My order: Roasted Parmesan Zucchini: This type of dish is generally not something I would order. But I am glad that I stepped out of my comfort zone and ordered this appetizer. The zucchini was perfectly roasted where it a nice crisp on the outside yet soft juicy inside. Silver Comet with fries: Honestly, I think I was the comet that destroyed this burger! It lasted literally two minutes maximum from the moment I took the first bite, beast mode. The burger was so simple, but that was what made it so delicious (guacamole, pepper jack cheese, grilled jalapeño peppers, and chipotle mayo). This sweet and spicy burger was my favorite thing I ordered. 20 Wings (chili mango/sweet chili sesame): The wings were not as satisfactory as the Roasted Parmesan Zucchini and Silver Comet. I did like the two sauce options I chose (chili mango and sweet chili sesame), but I did not care for the wings themselves. They were very small wings with very little meat on them. I was hoping for something that would be more filling."

"I hate to give 2 stars, but the service was so slow! To get a table forever, though many were open and there were only 2 adults and a child. Service was so slow I had forgotten that we had not even ordered and I had my 3 years old with me. The waitress at the end of our meal took my money and instead of asking if I needed change, she tried to keep my change. I never tip when the service was good, but to ask for things several times, for refills and only slow service around not earning a tip and they should never assume that someone's change is to keep them! I hope this was just a bad night for this restaurant because her food is always good."

"Usually good, but today was off. Queso con carne was greasy and salty. Steak tacos were so salty I asked for something else. After a long wait, the Manager was very nice and got us Philly cheesesteak wraps, but they too were so greasy... I ate some of it with a fork, because I couldn't pick it up. It will be a good while before we come back here. Our waitress, Olivia was very nice and understanding. She even recognized us from previous visits. After all the above the manager should've gave us our appetizer, but no..."

"We had an amazing experience at Taco Mac in Peachtree City! We've visited many times before, but last Saturday was particularly special as our friend received the Chancellor Award, and Taco Mac hosted a celebration for him. They set up a taco bar buffet and even brought in an Elvis impersonator, which added to the fun. The impersonator was fantastic; you should check out Elvis Seventy-seven on Facebook. It was such a clever party idea! They had a table reserved for all of us up front, and everyone had a wonderful time. The servers did an excellent job managing everything, and they were incredibly friendly and helpful. As always, the food was delicious, and I had one of the best margaritas I've ever tasted! It came with a hollowed-out lime filled with Grand Marnier floating on top. What a fun evening!"

"After hearing glowing reviews from my coworker, I decided to order from this place. However, my experience was far from pleasant. I ordered two pizzas for myself and my pregnant wife, but when the person making the pizzas touched them with his bare hands, used his phone, and wiped his nose without washing or sanitizing, I had to cancel my order. I politely explained the reasons for my decision and hope that others will be cautious when choosing to dine here. I do not wish for anyone to have the same experience that I did."

"I ordered the Chicken Tinga for pick up. (Chicken quesadilla. I had to wait about 3 minutes before the person picked up the phone to take my to go order. I arrived and picked up the order and brought it home. I was starving again so that might skewthis review. It was not super crispy when I got home and the portion of lettuce was about the size of a plumb. The sour creamand pico de gallo were excellent. (They did tell me I might get charged for lettuce?? This meal was $11.35 and they couldn 'ttell me how much it would cost over the phone. Bathrooms 5/5, food 4/5, Staff friendliness 5/5. They got slammed on yelp badon food scores and past health score by Gwinnett County Health. But it was still tasty. Wish my dish was a little more crispythough. I want to see a follow up health score on this one."

"The wings at this restaurant were disappointing. They were overcooked and had the wrong flavor that I requested. The first order of wings was cold and not roasted as I had asked for. When the second order arrived an hour later, it was also cold. The manager, Mr. David, was friendly but did not understand the concept of true customer service. He thought attempting to correct the order three times was adequate, but I disagreed. I felt like I was being punished for wanting hot food. The whole experience lasted three hours and ruined my Super Bowl experience. Despite this, I paid the bill in full with a tip for the server, Mr. Darius, who was not at fault for the issues. The manager seemed more interested in flirting with other customers than ensuring my satisfaction. I left the restaurant hungry and missed most of the game. I will not be returning to this restaurant for any special occasions in the future. The manager's attitude was disappointing, and he failed to understand my concerns about the quality of the wings. I will be looking for a new spot to enjoy wings in the future, as this restaurant did not meet my expectations."

"I have never seen so much disorganization in a food establishment in my life. I know the food industry is hard, especially now since Covid but this one takes the cake. I ordered my food online as a to go order and showed up about 20 min after the orderwas placed. The guy informed me that they were still working on my black beans and rice (ordered with tacos, so tacos are doneat this point). I go back to the car and watch an entire 40 minute episode of a show on Netflix and come back in to check on it,we are somehow still waiting for black beans and rice. I go back to the car for another 15. I come back in to check and see thatwe are still waiting for black beans and rice, so I stand there to wait to let them know I?m still here. It?s been an hour andmy tacos are just sitting getting cold. The man gives me my food. Well I live 7 min from this establishment. I get home and myblack beans are INEDIBLE!!!! Burnt to a crisp! Clearly they?d been sitting in this cooker for a LONG time and it was probably atthe bottom of it. I?m waiting this long for food that ain?t even fresh. Let?s talk about the rice- I?ve had Taco Mac?s cilantrolime rice at other locations and it?s always good. This rice- also the bottom of the cooker. Hard pieces, over cooked, clumpedtogether? I?m like wow, the tacos have to be better than this even though they?d been sitting. I?m wrong, the onions are Thrownall over the place. Only two of the three tacos have cheese on it. I noticed as I was standing waiting for the food that most ofthe people working in the kitchen look clueless, can?t find things, one girl is moving so slow as if she?s got nothing better todo. People look like they?re bumping into each other. I mean it?s like movie level disorganization. This was my 3rd attempt atgiving this location a shot but 3 strikes. Very disappointed. I wouldn?t feed this food to an animal."

"Fast forward ten months, and I tried the two cheeseburger plate over home fries, paired with onion rings and loaded with meat hot sauce, diced onions, grilled onions, grilled peppers, sweet peppers, mushrooms, ketchup, and mustard. The sides were perfectly crispy, and every item was spot on. Henrietta Hots has always been fantastic, but they just keep getting better! In December 2023, I had the Godfather Plate, which included grilled cheese, steak, two cheeseburgers over home fries, and mac and cheese. I requested extra meat sauce, dry, extra cheese, raw onions, and grilled mushrooms, onions, and peppers. It was the best plate I've ever had in my life. It was so easy to eat—OMG!"

"I?m sad for this Taco Mac. I don?t think they are going to make it. Starting with the incompetence at the front door when the untrained staff seemed baffled by seating a party of 3 despite having 15+ open tables, to an over-cooked hamburger that was toochewy to eat. My wife also ordered a hamburger and was glad to see they offer the Impossible burger option. Only problem isthere?s a $4 up-charge which means we effectively paid $18.50 for an Impossible Whopper. I?ve been a big fan of Taco Mac formany years, but I don?t see any reason to go back. Based on the number of empty tables on a Friday night and all the 1-starreviews, seems like I?m not alone. You had a good run Taco Mac. You?ll be missed!"

"This is my first time at this location. I chose it for the proximity to DC; easier than driving all the way to Bethesda, where I usually go. I am utterly disappointed with my experience at this location. We were seated around 8:45-9pm on Saturday where last seating was at 9:30pm. The staff was not as attentive, as it was almost the end of the shift. We were hosting a guest from WA state that we didn 't see since 2005 and wanted to take to a special, quality of food, organic restaurant that we love. The food and drinks were good, with exception of my Teriyaki Bowl was added steak was not of great quality; hard to chew. The service was not good, as we were rushed to finish and never asked for dessert and coffee menu. The music stopped playing while we were eating, bright lights were put on while we were eating, and no one came by to ask us how our food was. Staff was cleaning up for the day, all while our dinner was still going on. There was another table there too. Then, server brought our check while we were still eating without us asking for it. It was loud and clear that we were no longer wanted. I just couldn 't believe what I was experiencing, but didn 't want to say much as our time with our guest was so precious and lasted only for the duration of that dinner. However, this service behavior is what not to do at the restaurant. I know as I held service jobs, including managing of a restaurant. If you operate in such a way, why don 't you stop serving by 8:30pm, then. Also, no one greeted us while we exited even though bartender and some other staff were hanging at the bar. This is a rookie mistake for bad customer service and not expected of True Food standards. Needless to say, I will NEVER to back to this location. It was stupid of me to think that standards are the same for the chain restaurant of this caliber. I have to stick with my Bethesda location going forward, as I love this brand and love their food, but definitely have to steer clear from VA."
