"One of my all-time favorite Fishtown attractions is the Interstate Drafthouse! However, what truly draws me in is the caliber of their food, even though they always offer a wide selection of beer on tap and specialty beverages that you won't find anyplace else! The majority of the foods on their menu, despite the fact that their menu may appear to be normal bar fare, have a distinctive twist that distinguishes them from other restaurants and helps to define the restaurant as a whole. Personally, I highly recommend the buffalo cauliflower bits, and if you can make it there on the weekend for breakfast, the Interstate eggs benedict is simply amazing."
