"We 're from the Seattle area, and have eaten at many Vietnamese restaurants, choosing this place based on the reviews. I cannot recommend this place to anyone based on the customer service of the young lady working up front. She was not interested in having to talk to anyone, including a gentlemen who came in for a to go menu. I ordered the pork rice plate, portions and flavor was a 4/5. Hubby had a shrimp stir fry with eggplant, very good! I asked for chili sauce, no, we don 't serve it with that plate , it 's .50 if you want some! Asking for soy sauce, she said, don 't think we have any at this point, I 'm wishing we had not come here. She did find me a little soy sauce, and I mean a little. In all maybe 1.5 tsp. Half way thru my meal, I asked for a refill of soy, wow, by her reaction (a major eye roll) you would have thought I had ordered her to get her nose off of her cell phone and show just a hint of courtesy. The little lady cooking in the back did come out to say thank you when we were leaving. I always feel bad posting a less than ideal review. I know everyone in the food service industry works hard! However, being in marketing for over 20 years, I understand how honest and accurate reviews are greatly appreciated by a business who wants to get things right, to provide the best to their customers. This little place had better find a new front of the house and if it 's your child or family member, throw her phone the hell away during business hours!"
