"Service and Consistency. On May 12, 2014, I placed a phone order for a simple Garden Salad with Italian dressing. After returning to work and starting to eat, I noticed dirt between the lettuce and some residue at the bottom of the container. I understand that a garden salad comes with its natural elements, but this was beyond my expectations. The gentleman at the front counter was very respectful about the order not meeting standards, but the short light-skinned woman in the back was quite rude. She did not apologize for the error in preparing the salad and quickly snatched the bag containing my order, nearly dropping it on the floor as she walked away, while the guy at the counter continued to apologize. This restaurant has potential; you just need to visit on the right days when the right people are cooking."
