"I ordered a burrito for my lunch break, as I often did. at the puncture I noticed that the textur runs out. I cleaned it out and saw that huh raw. I called the invite with the hopes to let them know so that they can be sure to check. I spoke to orion (the one who claimed to be the manager. he told me that I was wrong, and the line-coch-Temp checked the meat all day when he “saw that he does” and cameras could prove it. I let him know I didn't doubt it, but regardless of it, I looked at raw meat in my burrito. he told me again that I was wrong, extremely repulsive, and I know that he was dealing with “one like me” last week and that they didn’t get any of it. I wondered at which place I asked for something, not even a refund. I wanted the number for someone about him, he said there was no one. I let him know that I know it was there, so he gave me the number for a cassie he claimed was the general manager. he let me know that she would agree with him, and I was wasting my time. the number he made available was the number when I called, she led me back to him. I am totally appalled by not only this manager hire, lack of customer service skills, also by the fact that a customer in good faith tried to inform the store of a potential problem and I was treated so terrible for this."
