"Typically, my experiences here have been great. I've dined at this restaurant several times, and the staff are always friendly and accommodating. Lunch usually comes out quickly. However, today was a different story. I had ample time to place my order and have it ready before my roommates arrived, but we ended up waiting almost half an hour for our food! When it finally arrived, we had to get takeout boxes, as it had cooled down by then. There was no explanation or excuse given for the long wait. I tried to call ahead, but by the time we arrived, our order was still cold. It’s frustrating to have to resort to fast food just to get a hot meal. On the bright side, the food at Bird Dawg is fantastic. Everything we’ve tried from the menu has been delicious and served in generous portions. Even the tea tastes fresh, as if they make it regularly. Best of all, lunch is under $8!"
