"This place is a diamon in the rough off the beaten path but worth it. This is our second visit in 2 days while staying on the strip in Vegas. We want Eggs Benedict which during our google search gave us several options. We chose Eggscellent but were a bit skeptical when we saw the neighborhood. I wanted to pursue but my wife said no way while still in the car. I convinced her to at least go inside to see the menu and upon approach an employee of the restaurant opened the door for us. You typically only see this kind of service in 5 star restaurants, and rarely at that. Everything kept getting better, the waiter Claudio, the cleanliness, the menu options, and the food was 5 star, better that the Breakfast Club, or First Watch, or any other breakfast house. We asked for soft poached eggs and the got it right perfectly on both visits. We asked for well done hash browns which I would score a 10 first visit and 9 second visit. The staff have an old school attentive demeanor like that you would find in a 5 star restaurant and seemed genuinely happy to be there while working as a team. This place should be busy all the time. BTW, I am an executive chef and have been around great food all my life."
