"What seemed like a simple diner turned out to be a hidden gem. The staff greeted us with genuine warmth, and the restaurant had a charming, rustic mountain vibe. Then the food came, and oh my goodness—the green and red chili was simply the best we've had since moving to the West, truly unmatched. And the burger! Easily the best we've tasted in over 20 years. If you find yourself nearby, make sure to stop and eat here. Missing out would mean missing some of the finest food in Colorado, without a doubt. We’re definitely saving this spot for future visits. I really hope I can order large batches of that chili to go!"
