"I recently visited California Taco Shop after finishing a quick side gig, and I was immediately drawn in by the lively atmosphere of the dining area. To the left was the order counter, where I chose to try the nacho fries topped with shredded chicken, which sounded absolutely irresistible. However, by the time I finally got to enjoy my meal—about an hour and a half later—it was still slightly warm and a delightful combination of melted cheese, chicken, and crispy potatoes. It was generously topped with two spoonfuls of guacamole and sour cream, enhancing the indulgent experience. On a less appealing note, I did notice that some of the fries had stuck to the styrofoam container, which wasn't the most appetizing sight. The staff were friendly, and my food was prepared in about 10-15 minutes. I didn’t evaluate their sustainability practices or COVID safety measures during my visit."
