"The chips we were served were stale, and the salsa was excessively salty. However, the bean dip was decent. I ordered The Pueblo for $17. Unfortunately, the ground beef taco was far too salty, and because it was served on the plate, the taco became too soggy to handle. The chicken on the tostada was overcooked and difficult to chew, lacking in flavor. The cheese enchilada was average—not great, but not terrible either. The rice was quite bland and left me confused about whether it was meant to be spiced, as it had little flavor despite its slightly different color. The refried beans topped with cheese were, honestly, the highlight of the meal. The staff kindly provided a large side of sour cream, but even that was surprisingly salty.
My husband also ordered a $17 trio. He had water to drink while I opted for unsweetened iced tea. With the added charge for extra sour cream, our total came to about $45, which was what we expected. To appeal to a younger crowd, the menu and atmosphere could benefit from some updates.
Regarding parking, it’s handled through the Park Mobile app from 8 AM to 8 PM, but it's free outside of those hours. The entrance is a bit tricky to access due to the five-way intersection. There are around 20 parking spots in the area, and it never seems too busy when I've driven by; we found no trouble parking, with seven spots still available when we went. As for wheelchair accessibility, the entrance is somewhat awkward, but it can accommodate wheelchairs as long as they aren’t too wide."
