"Hispania has excellent food - refined, upscale and authentic - but at reasonable prices. Everything we had from drinks to appetizers to decrypt the dessert was phenomenal.

Good, friendly service and a very welcoming owner (Juan). Grief

Next time, when we come, I plan (finally!) Try the sauteed crowt court. Then I did almost the first time that we came ... and the second time. The problem is that everything else is so good that it is really a fight to finally settle on a particular entree.
Grief
The first twice came, my entrees were the chicken Tostadas (preferably, when another as another reviewer explained) and then the Duck Tacos for the second time ("Tacos de Pato"). Believe me if I say that these duck-tacos are one of the most best things I've ever had in a restaurant. They are very simple, but absolutely packed with taste. The duck meat is delicate, the tortillas warm and soft, and the mango tequila-habanero sauce complements them perfectly.
Grief
In addition, the appetizers from this world - especially the chicken and beef empanadas and the flautas, and how others have mentioned here, Hispania may have the best Tellerguacamol they will find everywhere.
Grief
The only dessert we had had here ever here (every time we come, the good) is the tres-leches cake. It is difficult to put words in words, how well it really is - sweet, creamy, loaded with flavor (but not "too sweet" or overwhelming). Seriously, try it - you will be glad that you have done it.
Grief
Hispania has quickly become one of our favorite restaurants - not only in the country landscape, but everywhere. Here you will find great people, from the barkeders to the Waitstaff to the owner and his wife (the chef), and they have one of the best meals, regardless of what they order in the end."
