"I am extremely frustrated with the employees at this restaurant. They are so inconsistent. I ordered a bagel and cream cheese and received something completely different. The coffee is also inconsistent, with my cup sometimes only being half full. On top of that, one of the workers is always cranky and gives me attitude, often getting my order wrong. The only employee I appreciate is a lady who provides great service, and I always try to have her take my order."
