"I have not done a review in a very long time but the absolute HORRIBLE experience I had Sunday is something I cannot just let go. We only went here because my friend had a $30 off credit because of a previous messed up to-go order. As soon as we came in, we waited for maybe 3 or 4 minutes just for someone to seat us. Our waiter did come over soon and get out drinks and order. We got a platter and it tasted alright but nothing special. I asked for rolls because it said on the menu it was included and we were charged for them because apparently I had asked for a bread basket which i never did. We didn’t get A SINGLE REFILL in the hour that we were there and gratuity was automatically put on the ticket. It makes sense why they put it on there automatically- they know the service sucks and no one would tip them anything. The inside was dusty and the floors were sticky. $6.27 in gratuity was not worth it at all. I’m a server myself so I would normally never say this but I wouldn’t have tipped my server anything if i had a choice. that’s how bad my experience was."
