"The food was great, but the customer service was extremely disappointing. The woman assisting me was rude and interrupted me before I could finish speaking. She also informed me that she couldn't prepare one of the items on the menu and failed to provide me with my third order. I had ordered a simple honey chicken bowl, a honey chicken noodle bowl, and a spicy noodle bowl with extra veggies, and to top it off, I didn’t receive a receipt for the $30 total. I won’t return due to the poor customer service. I've updated this review because the business's response exemplifies just how bad their customer service is. As a new customer, I expected a more welcoming experience, but instead, I was discouraged from ever dining there again. It’s a shame because the food was fantastic."
