"I usually enjoy going to this restaurant when I'm in the area, but today was a different story. After working long hours, all I wanted was a satisfying breakfast. The staff member tried to make an adjustment to my order, which I'm sure was well-intentioned, but it turned out to be incorrect. We ended up with a random sandwich and no hash browns. My boyfriend went back to return the sandwich and get the hash browns we wanted, but he was told he would have to pay for them again. It’s the principle of the matter that motivated me to get out of bed and seek a resolution. I understand mistakes happen, but the issue could have been resolved much faster. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with no desire to return, as I don't want any more headaches on the side."
