"We went for lunch and tried every soup on the menu. I had the Pasta Fagioli, which was absolutely delicious and creamy—perfect for a cold winter day. My husband enjoyed the Minestrone, which was equally tasty. For our main course, we shared the Zuppa di Pesce, which was nicely presented and just the right size for sharing. "I've been eating Gabriella's for over 10 years and it is some of the best pizza I have ever had. It is a perfect balance of thin/crispy yet also chewy. The dough is always cooked to perfection and the sauce is really good. The cheese is cooked very well and is never burnt. I prefer getting entire pies rather than by the slice because the reheated slices tend to be a little bit too crispy for my taste. The garlic knots are kind of a hit or miss sometimes they are perfect and other times the edges are hard and burnt. The chicken roll is very filling, it can easily feed 2 people especially if you're also having a slice or two. The workers are also very friendly and do their best to provide quality pizza."

"I used to be a regular customer at this restaurant because I loved the taste and appreciated that it was halal. However, the staff here are not very understanding. Today's visit was very disappointing, and I have decided not to return. Despite their policy of not taking phone orders, I work at a gas station across the street and found it difficult to wait for my food during my break. My boss even warned me about taking too long to eat. I go to this restaurant almost every other day, so I am a familiar face. Today, I tried to order my food over the phone and pick it up after it was ready. The kind lady I spoke to on the phone agreed to this arrangement for my convenience. However, when I arrived to pick up my order after 22 minutes, the same lady told me that they had forgotten about my order. I was so disappointed and disgusted by this lack of care for a paying customer. Good luck to the restaurant."

"I work close to this place and never stopped in until today. I was pleasantly surprised! The couple running the place we're very friendly and prompt. The food was excellent as well. The only bummer is parking is limited but since they are right by bus depot they have a steady flow of foot traffic looking for a quick bite to eat. The food is tasty and a better option than the golden arches right next door."

"Would be one star but my husband had a great experience the first time he ordered. That first experience lead him to order again and this time it was WRONG! Tried to order a plain burger. It came with everything. Tried to order a root beer, got a Dr. Pepper. Don't know what my husband ordered but when he opened the container, it was wrong too. I ordered steak nachos which were Doritos with steak cheese lettuce and tomatoes. I think I'm the only one pleasantly surprised."

"Do Not get the Super Philly. There is nothing Super about it. It looks like ground beef with a lot of Mayo and lettuce mixed together . There’s not even enough meat. You can’t even see the onions , mushrooms or even bell peppers. I use to get this before it was way better in 2019. They are generous with the fries. Just do better."

"1) The soda fountain is impeccably clean and offers fantastic flavors—think Jarritos in every variety. They made sure to clean it several times while we were dining. 2) I give the gyro an A+! It was a generous portion, served fresh and hot, and the service was quick. The fries were also excellent. "Have ordered here for over 2 years. Food and value was usually very descent. CAREFUL THEY CURRENTLY DO NOT HONOR THE COUPONS ON THEIR WEBSITE!!! When I ordered I told them about the coupon on line. Happened to check my bank account and they charged me $10more! I should have known something was wrong when the guy on the phone didn?t give me a total. I Called back and they said dueto the increase of pricing on food, adjustments had to be made and they cannot give me the current coupon price that?s on theirwebsite. The manager told them (whoever them is) to change it and but that it will take several days to change. Manager didn?toffer any discount or honor the coupon, just apologized. I understand prices have increased but you shouldn?t be slick andcharge whatever you want for an order. At the time I ordered they should have told me that they are no longer accepting theprices/coupons listed on their website or just tell me the correct amount I am being charged. Won?t be ordering here no more.Too expensive for the quality of food they serve."

"4 stars for a good, not great experience. First time here and ordered a crunchy Philly, crunchy Buffalo chicken, onion rings and a cherry lemonade. I feel like the price may have been a little high for what we got, also. The food came out fairly quick and was hot. The crunchy sandwiches (more just a fried burrito wrapper with your sandwich toppings rolled up in it) were really crunchy but seemed like the grease may have been dirty and or too hot. The onion rings were dark and cooked but the onion was raw and nasty inside. The lemonade was tasty and very sweet. Do not get it if you like a more tart lemonade, they really make it sweet here. If they deep fried the crunchy sandwiches a bit less and the onion rings had been cooked through, easily a 5 star rating. The food tasted good though and it's a perfect greasy meal after a night out drinking or something and you want some good food to fill you up. I'll be back as I want to try the catfish."

"I ordered buffalo wings, but they came without buffalo sauce—just a watered-down version of mild sauce that tasted like ketchup. The wings were the smallest I’ve ever seen. The gyro was the worst I’ve ever had, and the fries were soggy. I ordered a gyro sandwich, but instead received a plate of gyro meat, which was nothing like what was shown in the picture or described on the menu. This was my first and definitely my last experience with this place. I spent $28 on what felt like garbage during a buy one get one free promotion on Friday, and I’m still hungry."

"You absolutely have to try this place! I rarely leave reviews, and honestly, many places in Jackson don't deserve a good one, let alone a five-star rating. But this place is exceptional! It has the BEST Philly cheesesteak you'll find anywhere around. I believe the owner was taking orders and preparing the food, so do be patient. He's working hard and is very friendly and transparent about the wait times. I promise it's worth the wait! We received our food in about 25 minutes, and it was gone in just five because it was so delicious. I'll definitely be back!"

"Excellent experience as always! Staff, management, and owners are warm and welcoming. Food is always delicious and very authentic. One thing i wish you offer is the ability to order multiple items from the entree section, like a combination platter. For example, the dolmades and be able to add moussaka as a supplement to the dish. I think if you added this as a feature, you’d be very successful with it and sell more! Mr. Sub. spoke to the employees about higher prices than other Mr. Sub locations, and he explained that DIESER's location is more meat than others... which leads to higher prices. Eg... Reg Combo here was a few dollars more than another Mr Sub I was hesitating about buying the Sub....
