"I ordered through Grubhub and have tried many sushi restaurants, but this one has truly captured my heart. The sushi is consistently fresh and delicious. My only complaint is the soft shell crab, which I find a bit overcooked for my liking. Aside from that, all of the specialty sushi rolls are fantastic! "We had a fantastic meal at a restaurant near our hotel. We arrived at 9pm on a Friday and found the place to be quite busy, with empty plates on tables and four tables still filled with customers. There was only one server and three chefs working. The food was incredibly fresh and we only had to wait about 20 minutes from ordering to receiving our food. I ordered the gyoza soup, which was full of flavor, and the agedashi tofu, which had a light and tasty batter but I wished it had more dashi. My son enjoyed the steamed gyoza. For our main dishes, my son had the kid's shrimp hibachi, which was a generous portion, and I had the Galveston roll. The serving sizes were just right. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience."

"We went to Fujiyama to celebrate our son’s birthday, and it was his first time experiencing a hibachi grill. The restaurant wasn’t busy, but since there was only one chef, the wait for the grill was about an hour. We decided to dine in instead. The waitress was very kind and seemed to be handling seven tables all by herself. Unfortunately, there were issues with the food—my husband didn’t receive the dish he ordered, and the parts of his order that were correct weren’t cooked properly. He asked for his steak to be medium, but it came out well done. Considering the price, the mistakes with the order, and the understaffing, we probably won’t be returning."

"While the Hibachi crab Rangoons are always good, the quality of the fish used for the sushi is so bad. I received fish that tasted sour and smelled bad in my sashimi appetizer. This has happened more than once both in the restaurant and on Door Dash. The quality of the sushi overall is just poor. The items at the sushi bar, even the down to the ginger, are not fresh. If you apos;ve had good quality sushi, let apos;s say like Ogawa or Volcano in Morgantown, this is like ordering off the dollar menu at McDonald apos;s (except it definitely ain apos;t that cheap). I apos;ve continued to order anyway when I have a sushi craving, since it apos;s the only one that delivers to my house, even paying for delivery when I have Dash Pass. I think the lesson has finally set in."

"We dined in at this restaurant, and although the setup was not typical for a traditional dining experience, we decided to order the sushi platter. It included 10 different sushi rolls for around $65. The service was quick, and the food was absolutely delicious. It was definitely worth the price. "The hibachi experience was just mediocre—nothing to write home about. The customer service was disappointing. A young girl took my order and, when I was about to pay, I requested extra yum yum and teriyaki sauce. Unfortunately, she forgot to include them in my to-go bag. When I brought this to their attention, an older lady was rather aggressive while checking my receipt. She confirmed that I had indeed ordered and paid for the extra yum yum, but the young girl hadn't charged me for the teriyaki. I left a $5 tip on a $12 bill, and instead of apologizing and just giving me a 10-cent cup of sauce, they insisted that I scan my card for a dollar for the sauce they forgot to add. I won’t be returning."

"I ate today for the first time in this restaurant and I don't know why it has so many negative reviews. I almost avoided Nagasaki because of the reviews I had read. Perhaps it suffered from the problems mentioned in the past, but if that is so, this restaurant really cleaned up. The dining room was clean. There were no dirty tables and certainly not the uneven environment in which you would find mistakes. I can't comment on the sushi because sushi isn't my thing, so I didn't try it, but can confirm that the Teriyaki chicken and roasted rice is delicious. Price range, it will lead you around $12-$15 per person. This is reasonable for the quality of food they serve, but it costs you a little more than a meal at Wendy's. Overall, this is a great restaurant for this area."

"The Crab Rangoons at this restaurant do not look like the ones advertised on the website, as they are flat instead of purse-style. The food had to be repacked completely because all the side veggies were placed in different boxes than the main entrees, even though they were only meant for one person's order. The Rangoon orders were also packed together in one box instead of individually, so they had to be repacked as well. Despite requesting that the boxes be labeled and separated by steak temperature, they were labeled incorrectly, with some boxes containing the wrong temperature of steak. When ordering in person, these issues do not usually occur, as the staff automatically pack the orders separately. Although all the food did arrive and was of good quality, the customer will not be ordering online from this restaurant again."
