"The restaurant has an exquisitely designed menu, with at least half of it focused on sashimi sushi entrees and special rolls available a la carte. I would often call in my take-out order while walking my dog around Barton County Court and Jack Kilby Square park. I’d leave him leashed to a park bench right across from their entrance while I quickly went in to pick up my order, which was consistently ready within 10 minutes of my call, even during busy lunch hours with a full dining room. The presentation of the food was always beautiful..."

"I was disappointed with my recent visit to Fuji’s. We usually stop by a couple of times a year when passing through Baxley just for their delicious carrots. Unfortunately, everything about the dish I always order has changed. The food is not as good as it used to be. While the shrimp were good, I was unimpressed with the rice, which was too hard and dry, and the vegetables were overloaded with onions, lacking variety. Most importantly, I really miss the “Candy Carrots.” As for service, it was for takeout."

"My favorite sushi spot! The fish is always fresh and of high quality. They’re quick with orders, and once they reopen for dine-in service, their all-you-can-eat sushi is simply unbeatable. On the rare occasions I order something other than sushi, I’ve tried their hibachi, donuts, vegetable tempura, noodle soup, miso soup, house salad, seaweed salad, cheese wontons, and bubble teas. I’ve never been disappointed. I've been going there for about 10 years now, and they consistently deliver great food. I’m headed there tonight!"
