"**Update (July 8, 2021):** I've noticed an ongoing issue: online, their closing hour is stated as 11:00 PM. There’s no indication in the restaurant of a lobby closing time, so one would naturally assume that 11:00 PM is when they close. However, they lock the doors well before then. I was still inside at 10:30 PM when they started turning off the lights to encourage me to leave. As I tried to exit through the side door near my car, I was told to go out the opposite side of the building and to walk all the way around because that door was already locked. For that, they lose two more stars. If they want customers to leave well before closing time, they should post a lobby closing time. Also, locking people in and forcing them to walk around the building is quite unreasonable, especially since the only available exit puts them in the path of oncoming cars in the drive-thru. I've visited frequently, but I don't anticipate returning anytime soon. **Previous Review:** I visited this establishment multiple times over the course of a few weeks before writing my review. After reading other opinions, I wanted to assess the truth of the remarks about this Apollo Burger. Overall, I found little to criticize. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible and much cleaner than many major fast-food chains like McDonald's or Burger King. The atmosphere is pleasant; the lobby is spacious, with plenty of tables and seating, including high chairs for children. Recently remodeled, the chairs and tables are in great condition, contributing to a fresh, modern aesthetic compared to some older Apollo Burger locations. The light wood tables and seating create a contemporary vibe, with decent lighting from numerous windows during the day and individual lights over each table that aren't overpowering. The restrooms, though small, are clean and functional. The food variety is typical of a burger place, offering different sandwiches, a burrito, and five salad options. For dessert, they have various shakes, rice pudding, and baklava. Their popular Apollo Burger is a must-try; it's a standard burger with a twist—delicious pastrami added, which I find more flavorful than what you’d get at their competitor, Crown Burger. However, they do not offer a kid’s or value menu, and you can expect to pay $10 or more for a combo. The only reason I didn't give a perfect rating is that, as noted by others, they occasionally get the order wrong. If you're dining in, it's not a major issue as they will try to resolve it, but it’s more concerning when ordering through the drive-thru."

"This restaurant was our second choice since our first choice has an hour wait. I should have known what to expect with the sign on the door saying basically please be patient due to the labor shortage. First off there was no line and the restaurant was nearly empty and there were at least 6 people behind the counter. We typically love these Greek burger chains and went out of our way to go to Apollo Burger over Astro burger, because I like that they don't shred their lettuce. We placed our order and tried to find a clean table. Nearly every table and/or seats in the restaurant was dirty. I think out of 36 or so tables only 2 or 3 were occupied and they were all dirty. We finally thought we found a reasonably clean table and when we approached it we discovered why, the seat was broken (see picture). When we finally settled on a less dirty table and our order was called my wife found that her burger was burned to the point that it wasn't edible. I got the Apollo Burger and it was good even though the pastrami was cold. I got the onion rings even though I had a vague memory that they weren't very good and my memory was right. Onion rings taste like they were frozen with very bland breading. I will remember next time not to get the onion rings. The fries are always good here and they didn't disappoint. They only had prepackaged fry sauce and for me it is not as good as the stuff they normally serve This was probably the worst experience I have had dinning out in recent memory. This experience definitely merited 1 star, but because I have been here when it has been good I will give it 2 stars. Furthermore the place did not seem understaffed, especially based on the number of customers, and they really had no excuse that the place was so dirty."
