"I have encountered instances where the establishment in question does not align their operating hours with the advertised timings, which can be frustrating. Moreover, there was a vehicle obstructing the drive-through area, lacking any visual indications of closure. Upon entering the premises, I was met with a sudden outburst from multiple individuals stating that they were closed. Interestingly, during this encounter, the employees appeared to be engaged in personal activities, such as eating and socializing on the sofas, despite the fact that the establishment was supposed to be open for another 30 minutes. This unprofessional and disorganized conduct has left a negative impression on me, leading to my decision not to patronize this establishment in the future. Furthermore, I will discourage others from doing the same, as I consider the behavior exhibited to be discourteous and rude."
