"The pizza by the slice is excellent, but overall, it's not quite as good as their DeRuyter, NY location. If you’re planning to eat in, I recommend ordering your slices to go. The dine-in experience is awkward because it feels like you’re being pressured into a strange half-waitress service while eating pizza on a plastic plate. Even if you just want one slice without a drink at the Bainbridge location, they still try to provide waitress service after you've already ordered at the counter. They ask you to take a number to your table, saying they will bring the pizza to you and that you can pay afterward. What? For just one slice? I could easily pay while the pizza is being reheated and I’m standing around doing nothing. Who on earth wants waitress service for just one slice of pizza? The taste is as good as DeRuyter’s, but sometimes the Bainbridge slices are too flimsy, causing the pizza to droop like undercooked dough. The staff is very friendly, but the dining experience is awkward and unnecessary, creating a rather uncomfortable situation (perhaps in hopes of a tip?).
