"Al pastor dinner (3 tacos rice beans) tacos came with onions and cilantro which were good. First time getting al pastor tacos. IMO the pork was not marinated enough i went through 3 cups of green sauce just to make sure they were saucy enough. Also I would've requested flour tortillas next time I'm just not a fan of corn tortillas. I also got a horchata (drink) which is delicious. Perfect . Not the best Mexican food I've had but it's good. Also price has increased apparently. I was looking at old menu when i ordered I also thought the tacos would come w cheese tomatoes n lettuce because the old menu said that about tacos. Would like to see different or more marination in the future. Rice w/ veggies and beans(w cheese) were good, rice was a little dry also. I usually get chicken Quesadilla Dinner which comes with rice and beans too."

"Zapata's offers a lively atmosphere that's perfect for dates and gatherings. On weekends, it tends to be quite loud and crowded, which can be fun but may not be ideal if you're looking for a quiet meal. The white queso is delicious, but the overall food quality has never quite impressed me. It's decent, but it's not my first choice when I'm in the mood for Mexican cuisine. However, the margaritas are consistently great!"

"This is the most authentic Mexican/Mayan cuisine in the area. It is very high quality, well prepared, and delicious. I usually just call in and pick up since GrubHub doesn't have their full menu and DoorDash fees seems higher for thier place. The food is so good that I don't care about the inconvenience of having to call. This business deserves a whole lot of support. We are going to start making it more of a weekly choice. Thier inside looks super cozy and inviting. It will be nice when they choose to let people inside again. Try the chorizo appetizer with the melted cheese and corn tortillas. It's epic! The whole bottom of the dish is a piece of fried cheese. Soooo goood!"

"The waitress was very quick and attentive. Our food came out faster than it could have been cooked. It was refrigerator cold. Waitress took it to be redone and it came out sizzling 3 minutes later. When I went to pay the older woman charged 25 for my plate about 10 more than the menu called for and when I mentioned the cold food she asked if they had fixed it. I said yes they microwaved it and she looked me dead in my face and lied saying that they recooked it. It was not recooked it was the exact plate I sent back. I will not be returning."
