"Terrible service, my mom went in today 03/31/2024 at around 4:30pm the guy with the colored hair was extremely rude. He had the chairs up and ready to close up shop. My mom offered to put a chair down so she could eat a chicken meal. My mom told the guy with the colored hair that she would eat fast and be out of the restaurant in no time. The guy with the colored hair was extremely rude and told my mom no is no in a rude tone, and said we’re about to close. my mom had called early to see if pollo bros was going to be open due to Easter. When she called they had said that they would be open until 7pm. How is it that she walked in at around 4:30pm and was not able to sit down and order a chicken meal. Not only was the guy with the colored hair rude as can be but why tell someone over the phone that they’re going to close at 7pm and not serve them when it’s clearly 4:30pm! Very unprofessional and unacceptable service."
