"EDIT: I was reached out to shortly after leaving my review and met with an explanation and apology. I definitely appreciate the quickness in responsiveness over this issue. Service is terrible. Workers were talking the entire time while taking my order and not being attentive at all. They messed up my drink, discussed it amongst themselves, and then called my order as if they didn’t mess it up. This is sadly the only bubble tea place near me and the drinks aren’t bad but I wouldn’t recommend coming here solely due to the terrible service. I ordered a drink that was suggested to me the last time I came which I really liked. I ordered it again today and the 3 workers were just talked to each other while I ordered and while they were making my drink. It took a while which is fine but once they finished making it, they noticed something was missing but served it to me anyways. I didn’t realize at first since I have only gotten this drink once but I noticed it since they were whispering about my drink after it was made. They clearly forgot the jelly in the drink but decided to serve it to me anyways but I didn’t notice until I left."
