"I have to admit, I was initially doubtful about the idea of olive oil on soft serve. Sure, people recommend adding a pinch of salt to cookie dough, but this felt like it could be over the top. However, it turned out to be a delightful surprise. The available flavors were pistachio and cantaloupe, so I decided to try a swirl of both. The pistachio was rich and had a wonderfully umami taste, while the cantaloupe was less creamy, noticeably sweet, and incredibly refreshing. It perfectly balanced the slightly salty olive oil and the savory pistachio flavor. The staff was very friendly too. I arrived around opening time, and there was already a line, but it moved quickly, and I enjoyed watching them prepare the pizzas. My only complaint would be that the soft serve portion is a bit on the small side for about $7."
