"On Monday evening at 7:00 a.m. for dinner while on a trip with my wife. It's in a beautiful mall. Small dining room, but very nice atmosphere. Not packed, but most places were taken. That was a good sign. We sat right away, and in less than a minute our beverage orders were taken. One minute or two later they were on the table. Pretty solid margaritas, and they have a thin margarita (which my wife was looking for). A few minutes later, someone else came to the table and asked if we like appetizers. We got cheese and hot salsa that came out immediately. The mild salsa that comes with the chips is delicious. Hot salsa is... somehow hot (I know many people who probably ask if it is actually hot, but not a whole lot of taste. Cheese dip was respectable and par for the course, although no stand out. Then a third person came by to take our order. not least complain; I was simply not in a place where different servers work the same table, and it was just a little unusual. They were all kind and prompt. I have the chicken taquito appetizer because I wasn't very hungry. Came with a ton of shredded cheese, pico and cheese dip. The blob of guacamole (see photo that I took after I started eating were oops an extra $2.50. Too expensive for adding, but no problem enough to change my review. Corn tortillas were perfectly cooked; large crispy, and chicken was juicy and tasteful. My wife got a beef enchilada and a cheese enchilada and said they were both great. The upshot is based on our first experience here, I would simply recommend Mexico Lindo Grill for a casual culinary experience."

"I have mixed feelings about this restaurant. On our way to a different location my wife and I stopped here for lunch. The interior Is clean and well organized with appropriate decor As well as music at an appropriate volume. Given the lighting fixtures it is obviously formally a steakhouse however, they have done a good job of turning it into a Mexican restaurant. The prices were reasonable given the locale. The best part of the meal for me was the salsa that came with the chips. The salsa was above average in flavor. The rice while flavorful, was on the dry side. A little more moisture would've made that flavorful rice exceptional. The taco was generous with the amount of meat in the filling. The only issue being that the meat was greasy and under seasoned. The taco while visually appealing was rather bland in flavor and needed something else. Possibly some onion or maybe some cilantro as well as some seasoning on the beef other than salt. The burrito also had a generous amount of filling. The issue with the burrito was that it was greasy and needed some seasoning. The only season in used appeared to be a copious amount of salt it was quite salty. The sauce on the burrito was sparse. It definitely needed more sauce. My wife ordered the fajitas Texas. She stated While the shrimp were cooked perfectly the steak and chicken were overcooked and it was somewhat greasy. There was no defined seasoning on it other than the flavor of a greasy grill. I am rather toying between going with a two or three star because in addition to the food the staff was inattentive. When we came in all of the staff were just hanging out playing on their phones and on a computer and we had to wait until somebody noticed us to get seated. When we were done eating and ready to leave we eventually gave up on waiting on the check and just walked to the register and then had to wait again until somebody looked up from their phone or their computer to see that we were standing there. I will be generous and give this three stars but it really deserves a 2.5."

"We didn't receive the guacamole or tortillas that were supposed to accompany the fajitas. On top of that, I ordered a Bloody Mary, and it was so bitter that I couldn't drink it. When it arrived, the drink was noticeably below the rim of the glass. My husband and I tasted it both before and after stirring, and neither of us could manage to finish it due to the bitterness, so I decided to send it back. This was the first time I've ever returned a drink; even if a Bloody Mary isn't great, I'll usually drink it, but this was just unacceptable. A woman who claimed to be the manager came over to ask what was wrong. When we explained the situation, she said they couldn't take the drink back and that we should have sent it back before tasting it. She refused to remove it from the bill or offer a replacement. I tried to explain that how could we know it was bad without tasting it first? The drink was served well below the rim in an eight-ounce glass, and this conversation escalated quickly; she was loud, rude, and insulting. Although she eventually agreed to take the drink off the bill, I was so put off by her attitude that I decided against ordering anything else. After this incident, service only worsened. My husband asked our server for water since I hadn't had anything to drink, but he ended up having to ask a different staff member to call over the owner so we could explain what happened. Since I don't often go out to eat and need to avoid certain foods, experiencing such poor service is simply unacceptable. We won’t be returning. We've given this restaurant multiple chances, but we prefer to spend our money where we feel valued and respected."
