"This pub is truly a gem, where everyone seems to know your name! I visited the day after July 4th and was amazed by how many patrons were enjoying food and drinks. It was my first time dining here, and as I listened to the buzz of satisfied diners around me, it was clear everyone was raving about their meals. Normally, I’m not a salad person, but after four days of barbecue, I felt the need for something green. I ordered the Greek salad and added blackened chicken. Let me tell you, it was a delightful experience—like that thrilling first kiss on a first date! The salad was loaded with crispy, fresh garden vegetables, and the homemade dressing was so good it felt like a party in my mouth. The blackened chicken, sliced into perfect thin strips, was juicy and flavorful, unlike most blackened chicken I’ve had, which tends to be dry. The secret was in the house-made blackening rub, which transported me straight to Bourbon Street in New Orleans. I never thought I’d say this, but I’m now officially craving salads! The beers on tap were poured ice-cold in frozen glasses, and the highlight of my visit was the bartender. She was incredibly attentive, anticipating everything I might need before I even asked.
