"Wow! What an awful experience. The service was incredibly poor. The staff was unfriendly and full of attitude. Everything seemed to move at a snail's pace. We waited half an hour for our appetizers, and just when they arrived, our main courses showed up as well. We sent the main dishes back, but they ended up sitting under a heat lamp for 45 minutes until they were finally brought back to us. Other customers around us were heading to the bar for drinks because it was impossible to get service at our table."
