"I had a wonderful lunch with a friend after a big shopping spree. We both decided to try the burgers, and I have to say they were EXCELLENT—even though we’re not usually burger fans. The cheesy bacon fries were perfect for sharing and delicious. Our server, who seemed to be the manager, was incredibly friendly, attentive, and kind. It was such a refreshing change from the usual somewhat irritated service I often encounter. He accommodated our special requests with ease, even brewing fresh coffee for me in the afternoon. He also went above and beyond by making me a small sundae that wasn't on the menu, knowing I had a sweet tooth despite being diabetic. I definitely plan to return, and I’ll bring my husband along since he loves burgers, too. Kudos to the staff for doing their jobs with a smile! I wish all servers could be as pleasant and helpful as this one. I would happily recommend them for a raise!"
