As a regular customer who typically orders once a week, I expressed to the staff that I wanted my $20 back for the poorly prepared meal, or else I would take my business elsewhere permanently. I will not be returning to this restaurant. The employees were rude, and the cooks lacked basic hospitality skills. Communication was also a challenge, as many did not speak English."
