"Been coming to this place for almost a year. Establishment looks clean and is nicely decorated. Staff isn?t rude but not that friendly either. But the food is usually good. Today however, I ordered a $9 sweet beet wrap and what I got was pretty much spinach. I also ordered a smoothie, and while the lady was making it, she retrieved a packaged from the delivery man wearing the gloves she had been using to make my order. She then continued to make my smoothie all the while putting those same gloves inside the smoothie container where the ingredients to my shake were contained. She also grabbed more fruit out of a larger container with those same gloves. Even pre-Covid this would be unhygienic but with covid it is very unsafe and unacceptable. Simply said, I just wasted $18 and still l have to find lunch."
