"I ordered five dinners for my family and unfortunately feel like I wasted my money. The suqaar (beef) was incredibly tough, making it nearly impossible to chew. The hilib ari (goat meat) had the same problem; the meat was just too tough and not tender at all. I really love Somali food for its amazing taste and aroma, and I'm hoping I just visited on a bad day, May 8, 2022, when the preparation may have been rushed. The beef sambussa was good, as well as the chicken suqaar with chapati, but I had my heart set on enjoying some quality beef suqaar. It’s possible that the original owner sold the restaurant and the new owners are still figuring out how to prepare the dishes properly. Additionally, they did not provide any moos with the meals. If I had only gone for the sambussa and chapati, I would definitely be giving a five-star review."
