"We came here on our wedding night as the first stop on our honeymoon. The parking was difficult to navigate, especially as I am handicapped. It appears as though the bar patrons took up all of the handicap parking in front of the building. We finally managed to park on one side of the building, which necessitated a walk through the whole bottom floor to find the single set of elevators. Our room was very cramped, the bed was hard, the sheets had not been properly laundered (we found multiple hairs under our pillows, and the pillows were lumpy. The room was dated and smelled very bad; definitely not a $170/night room. The front desk staff was rude, chatting on their phones and with each other about how many Blue Moons one bar patron was drinking. We stood for seven minutes without even being acknowledged while the young female clerk shouted down the lobby to flirt with a couple of guys. At no point were we given our room number (it was scrawled in a child 's handwriting on our keycard), parking directions, or told where our room was. I am clearly handicapped and wound up walking far more than I should have. This hotel is a disgrace to the Hilton name and I 'm hoping that the rest of my honeymoon is much nicer than this establishment. You couldn 't pay me to return here, and thanks for kicking off my new marriage in such an audacious way. Finally, I discovered that I booked this hotel in advance for $179/night. I arrive and find that the rooms are going for $103/night and the clerk refused to discount my room to the going rate, claiming that I "should have thought of that before booking. "Edit: they also put a $50 hold on my card after I prepaid a month ago and they can 't tell me when it will be removed.Rooms: Hard, lumpy mattresses and soft lumpy pillows. The bathroom was not clean, there were minimal towels and a third of a roll of toilet paper. The room also had a very peculiar odor, as though heavy-duty industrial chemicals had been used to clean up bodily waste. The room itself was extremely datedSafety: The lobby bar was crowded with teenagers/early 20s who were clearly intoxicated. The seating outside of the front door was filled with weed smoke and very loud kids, all of whom had no filter on their language or subject matter even with ladies present, including an older couple trying to check in at the same time. I wouldn 't walk back out front or down into the lobby/bar area without my gun."
