"Thanksgiving disappointment.A coworker referred me to order Thanksgiving meal from this restaurant for the first time. I ordered the Thanksgiving dish for me and my guest over the phone a day before Thanksgiving. I called an hour ahead to let them know I was on the way to pick up my order. On arrival, it was like a market place- very noisy and disorganized. No one could give me my ordered food. They were all asking me for a receipt? I showed them the transaction on my credit card and they still declined to give me my order stating that I was supposed to get a receipt on my phone in order to get my food. I called them afterwards for a refund and they told me to ask my card bank to help me request a refund because there is nothing they could do from their end. I was very disappointed because they ruined my Thanksgiving dinner plan."
