"Who dilutes ketchup? That's a question I'll always associate with HK Kitchen. While the friendly and sincere server and the pleasant atmosphere were nice, they couldn’t compensate for a mediocre burger, flavorless sweet potato fries, and the most unappetizing ketchup I've ever tasted. Although I've had a couple of positive experiences here in the past, this visit was disappointing enough to make me reconsider returning. Also, it’s a draft house without a beer menu—need I say more?"
