"Ordered curbside waited 20 minutes, then I finally went inside associate was taking care of a family so I waited then a guy walked up and went to the counter as I stayed back to where it says to stand due to COVID . Worker took care of him and another person before even acknowledging me. When she finally asked me what I needed I told her “I was here before both of them and told her about my order she said “we are busy” as I see so many workers in the back and only one family was ordering (ice cream) the others just came up to ask for stuff I politely took my food and left.. never again... Ik y’all don’t care about “us” but you could act like you do when we spend our money..."

"Food was OK for burgers but the service was bad. I guess the server wanted to stay on break . Took her 15 minutes to come to the table . Took drink order then disappeared for another 10 minutes to take our order . Someone else brought out food . Came to the table 1 time . Then waited close to 20 minutes to get the check. Then never came back. Had to walk up front to find someone to pay.. ?"

"We've been to Bill Gray's many times over the years and never had a bad experience there! The food is always fresh and made to order they'll even cook your tots or fries well done if you want, which many places claim to do but fail in the execution. The service is great our online orders are usually done before the ETA and we normally don't have to wait long at all before getting to the counter. The menu is a little pricey but can be offset by online coupons and a solid rewards program. Don't feel like making dinner one night? Bill Gray's is a good place to get a burger in a pinch for the fam that's a cut above your average fast food fare!"
