"My ex-partner, who uses a wheelchair, is a big fan of your food but relies on delivery services. Unfortunately, she has been informed quite explicitly that the Asian Grill will not deliver to her, regardless of her situation. She lives next to Mary Immaculate, and yet the Asian Grill claims that the distance from Midtown Newport News to Denbigh is too far. It’s truly disappointing that an award-winning restaurant like the Asian Grill shows such disregard for individuals with disabilities."

"I'm puzzled by the negative reviews. It seems like some people might be mixing this place up with other restaurants. We order from here about once a week, and the food is always fantastic. A few of our favorites include the Grandfather Chicken, Singapore Noodles, Egg Rolls, and Pork Fried Rice. We've had great experiences with the customer service, and the food is consistently hot and delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant!"

"I usually go for the Sesame Chicken at Joy Luck Cafe since it’s my favorite and consistently tastes great. However, this time, I opted for the Shrimp Lo Mein, and it definitely lived up to my expectations. The portion, though small, was plenty for two meals for me. "The Beef Egg Foo Young was delicious and was served with a generous amount of gravy. The Steamed Dumplings (8), Crab Rangoon (8), and Chicken on a Stick (6) were also big hits with our group. It was the perfect meal for a movie night at home, and there were plenty of leftovers for the next day, which is always the best part of Chinese takeout—Round 2!"

"This place USED to be good. What made it good was that you’d get a soda with a $10 or $20 purchase, you’d get fortune cookies, all the sauces, and the food was pretty good. you don’t get ANY of that anymore. Chicken lo mein tastes burnt, the beef and broccoli is soggy, service is always rude. Go anywhere else for your Chinese food. This place has gone down the tank.
