"I was craving a brisket potato. My husband, son, and I came to try it out for the first time. The guy taking our order didn’t seem to be too happy, when we told him it was our first time. When we sat down to eat our food it wasn’t even warm. The butter was solid and it would not melt. Husband had to ask them to microwave it. He told him it took a few minutes for the butter to melt. There was absolutely no steam on the potatoes. My son got tenders with fries. The tenders were ok but the fries seemed like they were cooked twice. They were stale and super greasy. We got a fountain drink he told my husband for a refill it’ll be full price. When my husband refused, then he said “bring me ur cup I’ll give u half a cup.” Umm no thanks! If u are looking for hot and good quality food, with good customer service…I DO NOT RECOMMEND. $65 for garbage food! I never complain but this is NOT ok!"
