"I was disappointed to find that all the accompanying items were missing from my order, including tortillas for the arroz con pollo, the drinks I requested, and extras like cilantro and onion. When I called to inquire about the missing items, the person on the phone asked me to hold on and then completely forgot about me. I ended up waiting on hold for 10 minutes, during which I could hear them laughing in the background. Everything I ordered was clearly listed on the receipt attached to the bag, so I don't understand how they could forget items that were right there on the receipt but not include them in the bag."
