"Would have rated this 2.5 stars, but decided to show some mercy here. For starters, the chicken parm pizza is not as good as it may look in my picture. As another reviewer commented, their pizza is SALTY. The chicken lacked flavor, although there was a decent amount, as was the case with the amount of cheese. Their garlic rolls were good, just above average. A huge letdown was the dough. If you 're going to call yourself Dough Boys , make sure you get that part right! Tried the crust before the ingredients, and right off the bat we knew we were in trouble. No taste, too chewy, and salty. Our group would rate the dough no higher than 2 stars. Dominos ' dough is actually better. And to those who have called this NY style pizza , I don 't know how to even address that. It is anything but that. Maybe since it is round?? Finally, we only ate half of the pizza, and asked for a box. The very polite young man at the counter went into the kitchen to get me a box. When I get it to the table and open it, the box had been used, apparently to put a to-go order in it and cut it in the box. He promptly got me another one. On a positive note, the young men who were working the front were friendly and courteous, so no complaints there. I 'll also give this place credit for responding to negative reviews, which I really appreciate. Although frankly, their response is somewhat canned, and something like, Sorry you had a bad experience. We will learn from this and strive to do better. But I gave them 3 stars instead of 2 because of their responses and the attention of the staff today. Will we go back? We think so, as they deserve another chance. But next time our expectations will be pretty low."

"We have ordered from Lezama’s in the past and the food has been good. After today’s experience, we will not be ordering again. Everything went well when placing my order. It went downhill with the delivery guy. First, he quoted me a price that was $8 higher than what I was told on the phone and from was on the printed receipt. I corrected him and showed him the receipt was stapled to the food bag. He did not say anything further. I paid him the correct amount and still tipped him very generously. When I got inside and opened the bag, I realized that one of the items was wrong (the sandwich contained mushrooms and I am very allergic to mushooms). The sandwich I ordered did not come with mushrooms and I was clear with my order. I called and the person who answered the phone readily admitted their mistake and said we would have a replacement in 15 minutes. He did not offer to replace the pizza we had also ordered that would be cold by the time the replacement sandwich arrived. Additionally, the sandwich I ordered was less expensive than the sandwich I was given and paid for. I told my family go ahead and eat the pizza because it would get cold if they waited for me to get my sandwich. My family finished the pizza. I discarded the empty pizza box along with the sandwich. After an hour of waiting, i gave up on ever getting my sandwich. Eventually, I got a call on my cell phone. The delivery guy said he had the new sandwich but would not give it to me until I gave him back the wrong sandwich. That wrong sandwich was already in a garbage bag and already put down the garbage chute along with the empty pizza box. The person on the phone that I spoke to never said that I needed to retain the wrong sandwich. The delivery guy would not give me my food even though it was already paid for. Overall, this was terrible service and poor customer treatment. I should not have been subjected to an attempt to cheat me by the delivery guy, being overcharged for the wrong food, and never getting my food that I already paid for. Lezama’s took my money but I never got my food."
