"we started as a herbal medicine and old food online store in 2016. we decided to have these information and our resources in our community / hometown district of new orleans 7. bolingo ashay introduces a table next to frootorleans, a freshly prepared state, on bayou rd in the bell street in september 2016. he dedicated himself to alternative/natural drugs and means of living for the healing of our population. he was very successful in promoting data that support his work and become known as herbalist. in March 2017, maranda brown, his wife and his business partner decided to add this “pop-up” with a traditional table grill. that was an immediate hit! now with cooked/prepared foods to compose the ceremonial and non-perishable food, the community was with enthusiasm, better to eat and better to live. unfortunately during the 2018-leading festive season, some local companies contacted the authorities and left them for this neutral “place”. but they pushed up and continued to “pop-up” until recently when a local cookbook shop, “The kitchen Witch”, on bayou rd helped to host them until we found the tombar life center. 1683 n claiborne ave is the day location. jazz market on Wednesday night club caribbean on Saturday night eating is delicious and the atmosphere is great. bolingo is so knowledgeable and charismatic. his passion is amazing. there is much more to come than just eating fast. they're on."
