"I came into the store tonight as I have many other nights, I found your 5 chicken sandwich and fries a quick meal and every single time I've walked into that store, nobody greets me, looks at me, acknowledges me, for at least 5-10 minutes EVERY time. Now tonight, I waited the usual 5-10 min without so much as a look, then the guy Alex came to the register, I thought to take my order, but literally looked right passed me to help someone who had trouble in the drive through, that had come inside, all that being said, I was finally helped and I ordered a 5 with fries, as usual and an extra sandwich, which we waited quite a while for, one of the sandwiches was too hot to eat and the other was almost cold and stiff, and here's the real issue, there were 11 fries in there if I'm being honest, I took a pic, my fiance ate two of the fries, so there were 13 to start with, I asked Alex was that really all the fries we were getting and if maybe he just wasn't paying attention and made a mistake, he assured me that it was indeed the right size of a regular fries and showed me with the fry scoop thing, I thought that he would offer more fries, considering my dismay, but no, just tried to convince me that this amount of fries was indeed the correct amount, and didn't offer to remake them or offer anything for them, as they were hard and cold, I felt that there should have been better customer service, instead I left a dissatisfied customer with no intention of returning, because the customer service is ALWAYS lacking and with my issues tonight, being of no concern to your employees, I don't feel like I was taken care of on any level. Therefore, I'm not going to return. We dined in."

"Do you enjoy a little attitude with your chicken? I recently stopped by this location because I didn't feel like driving all the way to Popeye's. I was the only customer at Church's at the time. I placed my order via the speaker: a 2-piece combo with a wing and a thigh, plus a jalapeño pepper. I'm confident about my order since I always get the same thing, no matter the chicken place. Despite being the only customer, I waited a full five minutes for my order. My mistake was not checking it before leaving. When I got home, I found out that instead of a thigh and a wing, I had received a breast and a drumstick, and there was no jalapeño pepper. I drove back to report the mistake. Immediately, I was confronted with rudeness from the woman at the window. She demanded my receipt twice, and I told her I had left it at home. The fix seemed straightforward: return the wrong items and give me what I ordered. Instead, she insisted I hadn’t specified my choices (which was absurd, since I repeated my order twice at the speaker) and claimed I hadn’t asked for the jalapeño at all. What did this paragon of customer service do next? She said I had to pay for the jalapeño pepper, as if I hadn’t just driven back to correct my order. This woman wouldn’t know customer service if it was handed to her on a platter! Goodbye, Church's. This should have been an easy fix, and you couldn’t have handled it worse. There are plenty of other options in town!"

"I enjoy the chicken at Popeyes, but I absolutely LOVE the fries! However, it took me three visits to get fresh, hot fries at this location. 1. On my first visit through the drive-thru, I ordered a three-piece combo and specifically requested hot fries, repeating my request at least five times as I moved from the ordering speaker to the payment window. Unfortunately, when I parked to eat, the fries were barely warm. I called customer service because the restaurant wouldn't answer their phone. While still in the parking lot, I called again and spoke to Raven, who addressed my complaint and told me to return for a replacement order. 2. A couple of days later, I went back to give them another chance and recounted the previous experience. I again emphasized the need for hot fries right out of the grease—four times! A young man assured me that everything was fresh since they had just opened. However, when he went to speak with his manager, he closed the window, and when he returned, he handed me two bags and asked me to check my order. I told him that it should be correct since I had made my request clear. But as I drove away, I discovered that the fries were once again just warm! After several unsuccessful attempts to contact them, as their voicemail was full, I called customer service once more to explain the issue and lodge another complaint. I eventually got through to the manager and advised her that retraining was necessary among other issues. 3. Thankfully, I received a call from Renee, who apologized and requested that I come back. When I returned a few days later, they finally managed to get my order right. There weren’t enough fries, but the few I received were hot. Thank you, Renee, for providing great customer service!"
