"My family and I get Pizza plus about once a week. My husband and I use to work there for many years. Good food. But we won’t be ordering much anymore. We are picky eaters and like our wings cooked extra long. We always ask for sauce on side so wings stay crispy or if they aren’t to our liking we throw them in air fryer before eating no big deal. Well delivery girl forgot our sauce. No big deal. We just asked her to big it please. Put wings in air fryer and waited over a hour she never showed so I called back said she’d be there in 20. Another hour goes by she never shows up. So after two hours of waiting I call again. It’s explained she can’t just drop everything for our sauce and that she’s busy. She had other deliveries. I ask for some kind of refund and he gives me 2.50 off my bill. It was pretty much explained oh well and it’s not her fault. Just rude like it was my fault. We will be going to Mountain Mikes on baring. The owner and manager care about the customers."
