The chef took great care in preparing every culinary delight for our taste buds. We had just returned from a trip to Japan this summer, where my 9-year-old daughter had her first taste of sushi. Her eyes lit up with excitement each time she experienced another omakase dish. This restaurant was definitely worth the 2-hour drive from Ridgefield, CT. Chef Jason even took a moment to pose for a picture with us!"
