"Avoid this place! Chicken Teriyaki seemed like it was cooked hours ago, rice tasted like it was made with dirty hose water, portions for both are too small, and the place was fithly and cluttered with odd junk. Not sure how this place is surviving honestly. You'll end up feeling like yamada-bad decision by stopping there, trust me.Food: 1/5"

"These people can barely understand or speak any English. Have poor customer service skills when it comes to any conflict or issue. Best to save your money do not order from this location specifically. I ordered delivery they sent me 5/6 of my items. Meaning one of my items had not been prepared sent with the Doordasher. When I had confronted them about it they couldn not understand anything that I was saying refused to give me a refund or my Orange Chicken. Order Beijing Restaurant or Emmett Cafe. Support Locally instead of corporate. Overall an unpleasant experience with this company. They tried to blame the door dasher for the reason as to why my Orange chickens was not received. Save your money your time. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. On a side note. There food is over priced not that great."

"Dropped by last week in the late afternoon and sorry to see that they open at 11am and close at 3pm. I came in the next day at 2pm. Not much time to make a profitable teriyaki business but whatever. Customer service was excellent. The owner took my order and was very personable and professional. The ambience of the diner is very blah but if you're ordering takeout that isn't an issue. I ordered the medium hot teriyaki chicken. The chicken was overwhelmed by the sauce that was too sweet and no heat. The chicken tasted very dry and old. Also there was a weird after-taste that was not pleasant. With the new development ie apts and businesses, etc. going on in downtown Auburn , it would benefit you in the long run to get your food right. I won't be coming in anytime soon, maybe in 6 months I'll see if there are any positive changes in food quality. Good luck"
