"We stopped in for lunch. As we approached the hostess stand, we noticed a few folks waiting for a table. We considered sitting at the bar, however, most all the seats that were available had dirty dishes and had not been bussed. We asked for a table and was told 5 min wait, sure, Why not! Turns out it was between 10 and 15. As we were escorted to our table, it was apparent that lack of buss staff was the issue. And some of the wait staff were willing to buss tables, some were not. The host apologized for the wait and when we mentioned the lack of buss service, she said they were shorthanded, and that sometimes, even the manager would buss a table. Once seated, our wait staff was prompt, knowledgeable and very attentive. we had asked for extra olives in the salad, and were pleased to receive the extra! We’ll be back, food is good and nice portions. I do think they need some additional staff or leadership needs to work with the wait staff and bartenders to set the expectation that bussing tables is part of the job."
